Adopting a kitten
Terms of sale for kittens bought on this site.
What you buy
A kitten is a digital file (a .kitten.zip) for Track Park on this site: one cat, its face loop and its music loops. The price is shown on the Adopt button (€2.50 per cat). On the payment page you can add optional paid respects (€1 each); they are a voluntary extra and buy nothing more. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Delivery
Right after payment you get the file on the thank-you page (and, once email delivery is switched on, a download link by email). The links work for 30 days; the file is yours to keep. If you lose it, write to us from the email address on your receipt and we will send a new link.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered right away, that right ends once delivery has started, but only if you agreed to it. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you understand your withdrawal right ends once the download is available. If something does not work, write to us anyway: we will fix it or refund you.
What you may do with it
Personal use in Track Park. The music loops come from Soundwayve tracks; please do not resell or redistribute the kitten files. Photo credits are listed inside each kitten and on the site.
Sample packs and project files
Packs such as the SEKTA DnB projects are sold through Stripe at the price on their Buy button. They are Ableton Live project files with their samples; after payment we send them to the e-mail address you entered at checkout within 24 hours. You may use them without limits in your own music: release it, play it, flip it. Please do not resell or share the project files or the samples as such. At checkout you ask for delivery and confirm that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the files are sent. If a file does not open or something is missing, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Cat merch (T-shirts, hoodies, posters, stickers)
Merch is printed to order for you by our print partner, Printful, and shipped from its production sites to addresses in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. The price on the Buy button plus the shipping shown at checkout is the total; you pay through Stripe. Production and delivery usually take about 5–12 working days; you get the tracking link by e-mail when the parcel ships.
You may withdraw from a merch purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason: write to us within that time and send the item back unworn and unwashed; we refund the price and the original shipping within 14 days of getting it back (the return postage is yours). If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size compared to your order, write to us within 30 days with a photo and we replace it or refund you at our cost. Colours on screen and in print can differ slightly.
